What are your cancellation policies?
We strive for reliability, but life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your rental, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice (excluding holidays) are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No-shows forfeit 100% of the rental fee. We appreciate your understanding.
Do I need to purchase additional insurance?
While Froggy Hops, LLC provides responsible supervision during setup and breakdown, the safety and supervision of the inflatable rentals during the rental period is the responsibility of the customer/property owner. We strongly recommend obtaining supplemental liability insurance through your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy, or purchasing a separate event cancellation insurance policy for added peace of mind.
